My name is Lily, I am a digital designer specialising in user interface and user experience design, and a UX researcher from Melbourne, Australia. I am currently working as a Graphic Designer at Nikki M Group, focusing on editorial design working across a diverse range of sectors including business, government and education.

As a designer, I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences and solutions that will solve complex challenges and improve the life of others. I am especially interested in how our relationship with technology will evolve overtime and aspire to contribute to the creation of a more sustainable and harmonious world. My design philosophy revolves around empathy, placing myself in the user's shoes to create experiences that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also user-centric.

As a person, I enjoy travelling, exploring different places, meeting new people and picking up various hobbies. I have been fortunate to partake in university exchanges and homestays in Asia and Europe. These experiences have enriched my cultrual insights and global perspectives, and taught me to appreiciate diverse viewpoints and embrace cross-cultural connections. In my free time, you will find me busy painting, listening to lofi music, practicing my photography skills and recharging in nature.
